ABOUT ME

GET TO KNOW ME!

Let's Transform your mindset, and be your own health goals!

I’ve helped clients manage their blood sugar levels, build self-confidence, and heal their menstrual cycle while eating their favorite cultural foods

As a clinical nutritionist, my educational background and experience have equipped me with the knowledge to structure diets for clients based on how food affects the body. When working with me I may inquire about your gut health, immune health, and or metabolic issues. In order to structure a plan based on your needs and not the general public needs.

My primary role is to educate you about your dietary needs and what changes can be made to improve your health. Please note, I don’t diagnose nor treat or cure any medical conditions.

The above reasons are why, I don’t only give you a meal plan. A meal plan with nutrition education and mindset transformation will set you up for success and the change you so desperately desire.

I’ve taught women how to lose belly fat, lose weight, repair their menstrual cycle, lower their A1C, balance their blood sugar levels while eating their cultural foods, and keep their wellness goals simple.

I started Moon Cycle Holistics because, as a clinical nutritionist, I’ve struggled with my health at different phases of my life. I’ve struggled with constipation, irregular and painful periods, eczema, unexplained weight gain, terrible headaches, high A1C, and lately, post-natal weight and hormonal imbalances. And for some of these issues, I was conditioned that, I had to ban my cultural foods to be well and fit.

As a Diabetes Prevention Outreach Specialist, it’s my mission to make culturally competent nutrition education accessible to women who are struggling with blood sugar management and menstrual cycle pains.

I take a client-centered approach to help you meet your personal nutrition and wellness needs.

My newest program, Black Prediabetes Nutrition, is a program created by Moon Cycle Holistics, I help women improve their blood glucose without ditching their cultural food.

The wellness and nutrition private practice is operated by certified nutrition specialist (CNS) candidate, Sherline White.
